3.- What is the legitimacy for the processing of the data?
The legal bases for the processing of personal data are:

The user may exercise the following rights with Orca Seafood:

- Right of access: the user has the right to obtain access to their information (in case we are processing it), as well as other types of information (similar to the one provided in this privacy policy), so that you are informed and can verify that we use your information in accordance with data protection legislation.
